Community Learning Grid |
| The
Newham Community Learning Grid is Newham's slowest developing ICT project.
It was originally proposed in '97 and on 19th Oct '98 a
meeting representing all the main partners agreed to develop it.
However the UfI and NGfL diverted attention and it was only in Dec '99
that interest was rekindled through a NeOn
meeting at which Chris Yapp spoke in favour of integrated Community
Learning Grids. Funding was then obtained and a consultant was
employed to make proposals for movinf the project forward.. Below are the
main current documents as at July '01. |
